The location of the hotel is quite convenient, adjacent to the MBKS park, but it is quite difficult to find a restaurant nearby. The hotel is also situated on the Borneo mountains, providing a unique view. The rooms are spacious, and the big bathtubs are a plus.
The cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. There were claims of dusty wardrobes, dirty stains on bathroom floors, and small flies in the sink.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kuching. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms on Level 1 were spacious and well-maintained, and the attention to detail was evident. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, satisfying all tastes and preferences.
No major issues, everything was fine and exceeded my expectations.

The price is reasonable.
1. I stayed at a room for 4 occupants (Room 119) but I was informed that the breakfast is only for 2 and as a result non of us went for the breakfast during my last two stays Kingwood. 2. We asked for two extra towels at the counter because there were four of us in the family but we were only given one extra towel which forced my two boys have to share a towel.

The rooms were quite good and spacious, and my kids like it there especially with the swimming pools. You can also easily find places to eat near the Inn.

Secondly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring the area and accessing various attractions.

Hair dryer was not working. Breakfast was only provided for 2 persons when the deluxe twin room was for 4 persons. Hotel was not too near the main shopping area.
